Rocker Clicker Warnigs and Tips
⚠️ WARNINGS AND TIPS:
⚠️ Please make sure to read all the advice and warnings below and make sure you understand before purchasing this product. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at any time.
Purchase of this product means the customer understands and agrees with the cautions and warnings described below. Any personal damage caused by this product is under the customer’s responsibility.
1 - If you intend to use two or more Rocker Clickers at the same time, like for example, making a photo session with them all together, or use your Rocker Clicker around any other clicker or slider, (or around metal objects like spinners, knives etc) make sure you have enough space and keep them all separated by a safe distance from each other, to avoid having them attracting each other and potentially damaging themselves. Consider and treat your Rocker Clicker as a big magnet, keeping it away from things that you don’t want it to stick to.
We always recommend keeping your Rocker Clicker individually stored inside its own storage when it's not in use, so it reduces the chances of damage in case it attracts and sticks to something.
2 - The Rocker Clicker has a “high impact” clicking mechanism, which means that each time you click, there is a very strong force and energy that is generated once the buttons hit the base, causing a sudden stop, resulting in a clicking sound and haptic feedback.
With time, the constant contact of the buttons with the same spot on the base may cause some minor marks under the buttons and over the base. This is completely normal and unavoidable.
Please be aware that after we finish assembling the Rocker, we always test it to make sure its working properly. This test may or may not develop these small marks under the buttons and base. However, these marks should always happen underneath, where it's hidden from view and should not interfere with the mechanism and enjoyment of your Rocker.
3 - This product is NOT intended for children of any age. This is NOT a toy! Children and pets should not be allowed to handle this product since it contains small parts filled with glue and small neodymium magnets which pose a choking hazard. Also, Pace-makers may be damaged or switch to "Test Mode" in the presence of a strong magnetic force, if a pace-maker is in use, keep a minimum of 3 feet distance.
4 - We follow a series of steps in order to have the best outcome when it comes to gluing and securing the neodymium magnets in place on your Rocker Clicker. We have an extremely meticulous process and quality control to ensure the final product is ready for action right out of the box, so you can enjoy it right away.
We try our best to make sure the magnets stay in place for an indefinite amount of time, and we believe they should not pop off with normal use of your Rocker. In ALL our tests from ALL our prototypes, after many many clicks, we have had a 100% success rate so far! However, we cannot guarantee that it won’t happen with your Rocker Clicker.
It’s known that drastic changes of temperature or pressure, (like pressurization and depressurization on airplanes) may cause a change in the glue chemistry, and could potentially affect the bond.
If that ever happens with your Rocker you will have to replace the magnet (in case it’s lost) and re-glue it by yourself. We unfortunately cannot send replacements or accept returns for this reason, but we can offer support if you need, via emails. Just contact us if that ever happens, but again, only success on our Prototypes!
5 - We recommend you to not disassemble your Rocker Clicker if it is not necessary. When installing the Wide Button, make sure you have a proper space to store the two or more Stock Buttons that must be removed in order to install the Wide Button
