âWhere do you ship from?â
We ship worldwide from Taiwan, where we are based on.
âI live in the USA, do I have to pay taxes to receive the package?â

âWhy are most items sold out?â
We tend to work with very limited Drops, and with fairly small quantities for a small niche community of fidgets & EDC enthusiasts around the world. Our focus is on âquality above quantityâ, always. For this reason you should mostly see that our products are often âsold outâ in our shop, since once we drop them they tend to sell out very quickly, sometimes in minutes!
âHow can I get notified about new products and restocks?â

As for restocks, we suggest you to click the button âNotify me when availableâ and add your email so you can get notified when the product restocks. This button is right below the âSold Outâ Button.Â
âHow long will it take for my order to ship?â
Orders take anytime from 24 hours to a week for it to be fulfilled and shipped. Orders via FedEx are usually prioritized so we may ship those before other non express orders.
âCan I combine multiple orders into one package? If so, will I have to pay for another shipping?â
Yes, you can definitely combine multiple orders into one package. Ideally let us know in advance that you wish to place a second or third order and we should provide you with a coupon code that should give you free shipping for your other orders. However, it may happen that the package weight increases too much and that a free shipping for these new orders cannot be issued.
If you already placed multiple orders and wish to combine, simply contact us and let us know your order numbers so we can combine your orders for you.
Sometimes depending on the total weight of your multiple packages, the total amount you paid for all your shipping orders may cover for any extra cost that may arise from the increased package weight. If there is no increase of shipping cost for your combined orders you may ask for a refund coupon code for an extra credit that could be used in a future order.
âWhy is my tracking number not updating?â
If you paid for the âSmall Packâ shipping method, you may get very limited tracking updates as it has only partial tracking capabilities to some places. Please be very patient when choosing âSmall Packâ and refrain from inquiring about your small pack tracking as we wonât be able to help much. If you need more tracking updates please choose the âStandard Shippingâ, âEMSâ or âFedExâ for full tracking checkpoint updates.
âIâve chosen the Express Economy shipping method to my shipping address in the USA, and I got a shipping notification without a tracking number. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?â
When choosing our âExpress Economyâ shipping method, you wonât have to pay any duties since we will be covering it on our side. However, your tracking number should be provided only after the package clears your customs. This means, you should receive a fulfillment and shipment notification email once your package is fulfilled and shipped out but without a tracking number. Usually tracking becomes available within 1-3 weeks from shipment, after it clears your customs. Once your tracking number is available you should receive a new email containing your tracking number, so please donât worry. We only ask for a bit of your patience since the tracking for this shipping method takes a bit more to be created.

âDo you issue refunds?
Yes we do issue refunds when necessary. We mostly issue refunds in the form of ârefund coupon codesâ so you can use that code in a future order, but we may also be able to issue a normal refund if we find the refund fits our refunds requirements and if you request it. However, please notice that for all kinds of refunds, we keep 8% of your total payment to cover for fees and platform costs, as well as your shipping payment as shipping costs are non refundable. Please read all about our refund methods in our âRefunds & Returns Policyâ page.
âCan I cancel my order and have a refund?â
If your order hasnât shipped yet you can ask for a cancelation and refund. We will then provide you with a ârefund coupon codeâ so you can use it on a future order. Notice that a 8% will be deducted from your refund as per our âRefunds & Returns Policyâ. In this case shipping costs are included in the refund coupon code.
âCan I return a product?â
At this time, we do not accept returns, unless itâs an exceptional case. Please contact us if you have any questions.
âDo I need to sign for my package?â
Yes, signature is required on almost all the shipping methods we offer, except for the âExpress Economyâ. This is a requirement from the shipping companies for most international shipments and there is no way to opt out. If know you wonât be able to sign for your package you may use a PO BOX shipping address when placing and order and a signature shouldnât be required.
âIn case my package returns for not being signed for or claimed, like nobody is home to receive it, would I get a refund? Or, can it be shipped back to me?
At this time we do not offer refunds for packages that are refused to be collected as all orders are final. Please read more about this at our shipping section.
We also do not issue refund for packages that retuned due to being unclaimed, unsigned and so on.
However, for packages that returns to us specifically if not signed for, or the person wasnât home to receive it: If your package returns to us and arrives intact, with all items inside in perfect condition, you should then be eligible to have the package shipped back to you once again if you wish so. Shipping costs for the re-shipment are always covered by the customer, and you may choose to upgrade your shipping method if you choose so. You may also choose to get it re-shipped to the same previous shipping address or choose a new shipping address of your choice.
We should be contacting you via email in case we receive your returned package so we can arrange a new shipping payment.
âWhat happens in case of my package is lost in transit?â

âDuring a Drop, Iâve added a product in my shopping cart and at checkout it was already sold out, what happened?â
If you and someone else have the last item in your carts, the item goes to the person who manages to pay first, which is known as cart sniping. Unfortunately there is no other way that we are aware to control this and we understand this can be frustrating. We always recommend that you create an account and get your payment method connected before participating on a Drop so you can increase your shopping speed and have a better chance to get your item!
âWhich bearing that has the longest spin time?â
We do not advertise or promise âspin timeâ for our bearings as this can vary drastically from bearing to bearing, and depends on many factors and variables. Even if bearings are from the same type, they still have slightly different variations in tolerance and construction so spin time can vary. Other factors that can affect spin time also includes: Spinner shape, metal and weight, method of spin like table spin or hand spin, hand position of holding your spinner, like vertically or horizontally, how much glue you applied to hold your bearing, how tight is the bearing hole of your spinner and so on. There are just too many variables in order to âpredictâ what are their spin times, or which one spins longer.
âWhich bearing is the smoothest, quietest and loudest?â
Bearing haptic feedback and sound can be subjective from person to person but here are some of the bearings we recommend that in our opinion may fit those characteristics (we canât promise you will feel the same way about the feedbacky on these recommendations as these are subjective qualities):
