Loctite 641 - Medium Strength - Retaining Compound (Green) 5 ml Bearing Glue

"The Loctite 641 is designed for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts, particularly where regular servicing is needed and when you are working with parts that need regular dismantling like retention of bearings. This medium strength anaerobic retaining compound cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening due to shock and vibration."
NOTICE: In order for this glue to work successfully, make sure your spinner has a bearing hole that fits a bearing snugly and not too loose. Since the 641 Loctite needs a close-fit environment with no oxygen in order to set. If you have a spinner that has a bearing hole that is too wide, for example, if you place your bearing over it and it falls through the spinner hole with no effort, we recommend you to use the Aaron Alpha Gel Adhesive instead.
Attention: When using any type of glue to install your bearings, be very careful not to drop any small drop of glue inside the bearing tracks. Also pay attention to small flakes of dry glue once you are installing or uninstalling your bearings as they may fall into the bearing tracks and could potentially ruin your bearing spins. Suggestion of use for bearing installation:
1 - Clean your spinner bearing hole with a Qtip soaked in Acetone, making sure to remove any dry glue debris.
2 - Dry the bearing hole with a paper towel, removing any Acetone leftover.
3 - Dab a small droplet (around 2mm) of Loctite 641 on a toothpick or Qtip stem and dab the 641 glue inside the bearing hole.
4 - With the same toothpick or Qtip stem, spread all the glue evenly all around the bearing hole, making sure the 641 glue covers all the surface. Also make sure to not over apply glue, and remove any excess if there is any. Ideally you want a thin and evenly applied coat of 641 all around the spinner bearing hole.
5 - Install your R188 bearing using a Bearing Tool.
6 - After pushing the bearing in, check the other side and see if there is any excess of glue around the bearing. If there is, simply remove the excess by gently tapping or rubbing around the bearing hole with a piece of clean paper towel. Make sure that absolutely no glue goes inside the bearing and interacts with the bearing balls! Any glue that goes inside the bearing balls can ruin the bearing so be very careful during this step.
7 - Let the spinner rest for 2 minutes. After two minutes you can gently press with your thumb on the bearing to test if it's fixed in place. If the bearing moves a bit, make sure to push it back in place so it's even on both sides of the spinner, wait a bit more and repeat this test. Once the bearing doesn't moves when pushed, you are done. Install your spinner buttons and spin away!
8 - After you finish, squeeze the plastic bottle gently to clear the tip of any glue, wipe the tip with paper towel and close the lid. Store in a cool ventilated area.

Safety measures: Store in a cool, well ventilated area. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid breathing vapor and mist. Wash thoroughly after handling. Use only with adequate ventilation. If inhaled, remove to fresh air. In case of eye or skin contact, flush with water. Get medical attention if symptoms occur.
