Notice 1: This is a PRESALE for our newest Pavilion Gen 2 spinner, available in a few different metals and finishes! Notice that these won’t ship right away as we are still finishing them, so please read below before you place your order.

• ISN’T A PRESALE THE SAME AS A PREORDER?
So, the way we see it is that a Preorder usually takes longer since you would usually have to wait for it to be completed from zero, something like this: design > pre-production > production > post-production > fulfillment.
In this case our Pavilion Gen 2 Spinners are basically ready, but we are still finishing up the ‘post-production’ on some pieces that still need some work like QC, assembly, surface finish and so on.
✈️ WHEN SHIPPING?
Shipping will be happening in small batches every week as we finish the post-production side of things and make sure they are amazing for you. Once the first batch gets shipped we will repeat this cycle until they are all shipped. So in other words, we should be shipping constantly every week. As soon as yours gets shipped you should receive a shipping notification email to inform you. We should also be keeping our UQH Group updated every week once a new batch is shipped.
Please notice, there is no priority for shipments, (not by order number, not by shipping method) as we will choose orders at random for the benefit of overall speed. By experience we know that this is a faster method and can benefit everyone more effectively. Please refrain from asking when will yours be shipping, so we can focus on getting them done asap!
• SHOULD I BE PATIENT?
Yes please! We really appreciate if you understand this before you place your Presale order, and once you do, we count with your patience to wait for yours to be shipped. Every week a batch of packages will be shipped, and yours could be one of them, or not. If not, yours may go on the next week’s batch, and so on.
If you feel like you are not someone who can patiently wait (and it’s totally understandable if not), please do not order from this Presale and maybe wait for a future Drop where they would be readily available.
• HOW MANY CAN I GET?
You may get a maximum of 4 pieces in total, as long as it’s one for each metal and finish. So one SS, one Ti, one Zirc, and one Oil Slick Zirc. (Please don’t order multiple of the same metal / finish).
Also notice that if you already got a Titanium Pavilion Gen 2 (MF) in our first SUS, please do not order another Ti PG2 (MF). We may cancel any orders with more than one piece per metal / finish.
⚠️ TERMS OF SALE: (By purchasing you agree with our terms bellow)
• No cancelations, orders are final. We count with your full commitment if you decide purchasing from this Presale. Once you place your order we won’t be able to cancel it as this would mess up with our Presale workflow. If you are on the fence, please do not purchase.
• Limit of maximum 4 pieces per person, one in each metal & finish available, SS, Ti, Zirc and Oil Slick Zirc. No proxies.
• If you already got a Titanium (MF) in our previous SUS, do not order a Titanium (MF).
• You understand this is a ‘Presale’ and are willing to patiently wait until your order gets ready to ship, and that it could take several weeks until we can get it shipped.
• (For USA) By choosing the “Economy” shipping method you understand that the tracking number will only be generated AFTER the package clears your customs, meaning, we will ship first and you will get a shipping confirmation email without a tracking number. Once your package clears customs (which could take several weeks depending on your customs speed), you should then receive another email with your USPS tracking number. For this shipping method WE COVER duties on our side, so that’s the good side of this one.
• (For USA) By choosing FedEx as your shipping method, you will get a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. We will not speed up or prioritize FedEx packages for this presale though so keep that in mind. However, once it’s shipped it should be pretty fast. Just keep in mind that you may have to cover for duties for FedEx, although we are aware that so far they seem to not be enforcing it for every FedEx package, so you may or may not get duties. Just be prepared in case that happens as it’s your responsibility to do so.
• You accept that if there are customs duties in your country, you are responsible to cover for your duties to collect your package. By refusing to receive a package due to duties, buyer will be restricted from purchasing from us again in the future.
Say hello to the Pavilion Gen 2!
When designing the Pavilion Gen 2 (aka PG2) we’ve tried maintaining the Pavilion Gen 1 (aka PG1) “soul”, or main aesthetic and profile signature, but re-imagined it as a more modernized and rounded up design. We’ve added some new tactile elements to it, like the unique diagonal micro grooves on its flat sides, a well defined “finger rest” round cut at its waist, wider but shallower concave cuts on its arms with these breathtaking deep and curved machine lines, that were done with precision to match up with the shape of the arms.
As for the buttons, we’ve kept the same amazing Plateau buttons design, but made them a bit thicker to adapt with the new design dimensions, and changed the screw system to grub screws.
We also thought that the PG2 really deserved some nice, wide and symmetrically placed “speed holes” to increase its gyro by reducing mass from the center, so we went with 10 of them (5+5), keeping a gap with no holes around its waist. (For reference, the PG1 never got speed holes).
The result is really a piece of metal art, pleasing just to look at and a spin that feels sublime. We really feel like what we’ve created here is not only one of the best spinners from our entire lineup, but also one of the best we have ever experienced considering everything we’ve ever tried before. It’s just a phenomenal spinner that checks all the boxes, beautiful and elegant, minimalist, comfortable, ergonomic, tactile and most importantly, spins like a dream.
We are sure that the Pavilion Gen 2 is set to become a ‘must have’ in our community and one that will be beloved and enjoyed for years to come!
